1. Eligibility and Account Registration

By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person may hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify s5 arena immediately through your account dashboard.

2. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct

s5 arena is a mobile entertainment platform intended for lawful personal use by eligible Filipino players. You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated tools or bots to interact with the platform, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, sharing your account with other persons, and engaging in any activity that disrupts the experience of other users. s5 arena monitors platform activity and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice. All decisions made by s5 arena regarding account status are final.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on s5 arena are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local payment channels available to Filipino players. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to you. s5 arena does not accept third-party payments — deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts registered in your own name. Tier progression is calculated automatically based on your cumulative activity across live casino, bingo, and other available sections. VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder. s5 arena reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the VIP programme at any time, with or without prior notice. Any abuse of the VIP system — including attempts to artificially inflate activity — will result in immediate account review and may lead to suspension. 5. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitation of Liability

s5 arena provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. s5 arena shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, payment processing delays, or account suspension due to policy violations. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
